Adhiraj Kurl scored an unbeaten half-century before Harkirat Singh claimed three wickets to help St Joseph’s School beat Strawberry Fields School by five runs in a 14th JR Memorial U-12 Cricket Tournament match here today.

Batting first, St Joseph’s School rode on Kurl’s unbeaten 68-ball 72 to score 194/5 in 25 overs. Meet Dahiya made 24, while Divyansh Lalotra added 22 runs to the total.

Triwick Kapoor (1/23) and Arjun Sood (1/30) picked a wicket each for Strawberry Fields.

Needing to score just under eight runs per over for victory, Strawberry Fields School were all out for 189 runs in 23.4 overs despite a solid 134-run knock by Ishaan.

Harkirat was the pick of the bowlers for St Joseph’s School, claiming 3/27. Harshul took 2/16, while Divyansh Lalotra bagged 1/14.
