The Terrigal home of young cricket star Alyssa Healy’s parents, Greg and Sandy Healy, is up for grabs for more than $3 million through Stuart Gan, of Central Coast Realty.
Alyssa, who plays for the Australian women’s national team and New South Wales in domestic cricket, is married to current Aussie fast bowler, Mitchell Starc. Both are regular visitors to the family home at 40 Barnhill Rd, which overlooks one of the coast’s most recognisable ocean vistas.

The Healy family have been involved in top level cricket for over 40 years — all three brothers playing representative cricket for Queensland with Ian Healy going on to become one of Australia’s finest wicketkeepers.
Ian was selected in the Australian Team of 20th Century alongside other greats of the game including Sir Donald Bradman, Arthur Morris, Neil Harvey, Keith Miller and Shane Warne.
Alyssa and Mitchell have played all of their representative cricket for NSW coming together at age nine and now both representing Australia in all forms of the game.

Initially a 50 per cent owner of the Terrigal property, Ian Healy relinquished his share in early 2014 leaving Greg and Sandy to demolish and rebuild the house that exists today which completed in late 2015.
Greg, a former Queensland cricket squad member, has worked in Australia and overseas as a financial services executive for the past 28 years.
He and Sandy spent five years living in Singapore, with Greg working in China, India and Korea. The travel gave Sandy inspiration to select the best aspects from all houses in which they have lived, building those features into the plans which have been incorporated into the Terrigal property.

The five bedroom open-plan family home incorporates natural timbers combined with creative use of glass to capture the essence of life by the beach.
Greg and Sandy plan to travel more, following Alyssa and Mitchell’s cricket to all parts of Australia and internationally while they are at the top of their game.
“It has been an exciting last two years and an opportunity that not many people have, so we are looking forward to the experiences and our next phase of life,” Mr Healey said.
