Fans Ask For MS Dhoni As Rishabh Pant Struggles With Gloves
Yet again, the young Rishabh Pant ends up receiving the flak following his poor show with the gloves behind the wickets. Certainly, the fans once again asked the board to bring back MS Dhoni, who has been the master behind the stumps for India over the years.
Rishabh Pant failed to get DRS Right:
Rishabh Pant not only played poorly with the bat but also fared pretty poorly behind the stumps. Especially, the DRS calls went completely wrong when he gave a couple of chances for Mushfiqur Rahim in the middle and also wasted a review for India when he appealed for a caught-behind off Yuzvendra Chahal.
Earlier, in the day, it was Bangladesh captain, who won the toss and elected to bowl first. Though the first few balls went against them, the inswinger of Shafiul sent Rohit Sharma back to the hut while KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan tried to settle things further.

Meanwhile, Shreyas Iyer tried to turn the things with his quick knock but, in the end, it went down as cameo after being dismissed for 22 runs off 13 balls.
It was followed by the wicket of Shikhar Dhawan, who scored 41 runs off 42 balls. It was a surprising knock from the southpaw, as the wicket was expected to be batting friendly. On the other hand, Rishabh Pant also failed to get the runs at a good strike rate.
It certainly made an impact on the score and Bangladesh always looked on the top of the game. Just when things looked tough, Washington Sundar and Krunal Pandya gave the perfect finish thus giving the reasonable score on the board to make things look good for India. At the end of 10 overs, the game was still in balance.
