The Indian cricket team overcame South Africa in the second Test to clinch the three-match Test series.
Team India has taken a 2-0 lead and won its second successive series in the ongoing ICC World Test Championship.
South Africa suffered twice while batting to lose by an innings against Virat Kohli's men.

India posted a massive 601/5 (declared) in the first innings.
The hosts rode on Kohli's record-breaking 254* to pile on the runs.
South Africa were reeling under pressure but managed 275 after Keshav Maharaj (72) led the way.

Brian Lara (9), Kumar Sangakkara (11) and Don Bradman (12) are above Kohli now.
Kohli also surpassed the 7,000-run mark in Tests (7,054).

Kohli went past several legends in terms of career Test runs.
He surpassed the likes of Dilip Vengsarkar (6,868), Sanath Jayasuriya (6,973), Steve Smith (6,973) and Donald Bradman (6,996).
Kohli surpassed Bradman (8) in terms of most 150-plus scores in Test cricket (9).
He now holds the record of scoring most Test runs as a captain in India, going past Sunil Gavaskar.
Kohli equals Smith and Sobers with 26th Test ton
Kohli, who became the second Indian captain to lead India in 50 Tests after MS Dhoni, struck an unbeaten double ton to lead the side's charge against the Proteas.
The superb Kohli notched his 26th Test ton to equal Steve Smith and Gary Sobers (26 each).
This was his 12th century on home soil and an overall 69th across formats in international cricket.
Kohli equals Ponting with this special record
Kohli notched his 19th Test century as a skipper. With this feat, he equaled former Australian captain Ricky Ponting in terms of centuries as a Test skipper (19). Former Proteas skipper Graeme Smith (25) leads the show.

Kohli also became the fourth-fastest to 26 Test tons in cricket.
He achieved the mark in his 138th Test innings.
Don Bradman (69), Steve Smith (121) and Sachin Tendulkar (136) are above Kohli in this list.
Kohli became the fourth player to score a ton in the 50th match as captain in Tests.
He joined Stephen Fleming, Alastair Cook and Steve Waugh.
Kohli shares two record-breaking partnerships
Kohli and half-centurion Ajinkya Rahane shared a 178-run stand for the fourth wicket.
This was their sixth 150-plus partnership in Tests.
This was also their ninth century-plus stand for the fourth wicket.
The two equaled legends Inzamam-ul-Haq and Mohammad Yousuf .
Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja shared a 225-run stand for the fifth wicket.

Indian batsmen amass these feats
Cheteshwar Pujara (58) slammed his 22nd career Test fifty.
Rahane (59) notched his 20th career Test fifty.
After registering 215 in the first Test, Mayank Agarwal slammed his second career Test ton.
He became the first Indian batsman to surpass the 450-run mark in Tests this year.
The opener also went past 500 career runs in Test cricket.

Mayank joined the likes of Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma to amass a second career Test ton against SA. Mayank also went past the mark of 50 fours hit in Tests this year. He is the first Indian to do so.
Maharaj gets to 100 Test scalps, slams maiden fifty
SA spinner Keshav Maharaj (1/196) reached the milestone of 100 wickets in his 27th Test.
He became the fifth South African spinner to reach the mark.
The left-arm spinner also slammed his maiden Test fifty and went past the 500-run mark in his career.
Faf du Plessis struck 64 in the first innings. This was his 21st career Test fifty.
Ashwin shines against Faf in Tests
Ashwin has now dismissed Faf du Plessis five times in Tests. This is the most Faf du Plessis has been dismissed by a bowler in Tests.
