Sourav Ganguly was elected the new Chief of BCCI last week. He will take over on October 23. Sourav Ganguly has put his vision in front of everyone as soon as he becomes the BCCI President. During an interaction with the media in Kolkata, he also asked questions on cricket relations between India and Pakistan, to which he gave an interesting answer.
Ganguly gave a direct answer on India-Pakistan cricket relations and said that only PM Modi and Pakistan PM Imran Khan can decide the series between these two countries. Dada said, 'You should ask this question to PM Modi Ji and Imran Khan. Certainly, only when we get permission from the government will something happen. I have no answer to this question. There has been no Test series between India and Pakistan since 2007. Both these teams only play against each other in the ICC tournament and Asia Cup.
