Kolkata: For the upcoming IPL Kolkata has started practice. Kolkata Knight Riders, the franchise team of the Indian Premier League, have made important announcements related to this. KKR appointed former Australian cricketer David Hussey as the team's chief mentor, while former New Zealand fast bowler Kyle Mills was appointed as a bowling coach. Kolkata Knight Riders informed the fans of this team via social media.

KKR announced on Twitter that two new former foreign players have been added to the team. The announcement has been made "David Hussey has been associated with our team as the Chief Mentor along with Kyle Mills who will serve the team as bowling coach in the next edition". Actually, in August, former New Zealand captain Brandon McCullum has been made the head coach of the Kolkata team. KKR's CCO and MD Venky Mysore stated, "David Hussey and Kyle Mills are welcomed into the family of Knight Riders.

"As a pro-regional cricketer, both of them are bringing a lot of experience with the team. We are confident that his contribution will be instrumental in KKR's think tank and KKR Academy".
