Sachin Tendulkar is first batsman in the world to amassed first double century in ODI format while as Virendra Sehwag smashed two double century. Rohit Sharma is only player on this planet, who smashed three double centuries with highest 264.
But a 17-year-old teen agers cricketer had stunned everyone by smashing double century in Vijay Haraze Trophy. The incident took place on Wednesday between a match played between Mumbai and Jharkhand.
Yashaswi Jaiswal smashed stunning double century for Mumbai and helped her to post huge score on score board. He opened Mumbai’s inning and departed in 50th over after making 203 runs off just 154 balls. Jaiswal struck 12 sixes and 17 boundaries.
He made 200 runs partnership with Aditya Tare in 34.3 over. Aditya made 78 off 102 balls. Apart from him, Siddhesh Lad and Captain Shreyas Iyer made 32 and 31 runs.
Mumbai made 358/3 with help of explosive double century of Yashaswi Jaiswal. Yashaswi drew attention of selector for selection in Indian national squad. However, it is too early to get entry in Indian national team but, he showed his talent and if he stay consistent, he can claim for sport.
