As people say, Ravindra Jadeja has always been a special cricketer, who always does unique things. Sadly, sometimes, he end up on the wrong side of things as well. One of those happened today at Pune when he was batting in the middle. Jadeja was given warning by the umpire for running on the danger zone on Day 2 of the Test match.

Ravindra Jadeja gets promotion in batting order:

It wasn’t an often scenario in the game of cricket but unfortunately, Ravindra Jadeja is finding it tough to stay away from the danger zone. Back in his career, he already gave 5 penalty runs to the opposition when he ran on the red zone while batting.

Now, once again, he was given the warning by the umpire on the field when he was batting alongside the skipper Virat Kohli. Just after receiving the warning, Ravindra Jadeja had almost cost 5 runs for his team when he almost ran on the red zone but he was smart enough in jumping away at the right moment, which saved his team penalty runs.

As far as his personal game is concerned, the stylish southpaw found it tough to get runs in the initial phase of his batting. After almost 45 balls, he got his first boundary. However, right in the next ball, he got his second boundary as well. During the course, he also had a heated argument with the debutant bowler Anrich Nortje.

Coming to the match report so far, the Indian National Cricket Team once again takes the honors of the second game so far. After incredible century by Mayank Agarwal on Day 1 of the match, the century from the skipper Virat Kohli on Day 2 has made things fall in place for India.

Apart from the duo, Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane scored fifties to their respective names. For South Africa, Kagiso Rabada bagged three wickets while Keshav Maharaj removed Ajinkya Rahane. So far, it was Virat Kohli-led side, who is sitting firmly on the driver seat.
