Watch – ‘Skilled’ Steve Smith Bowls Off-Spin And Leg-Spin In A Sheffield Shield Game
Former Australia skipper Steve Smith has made a historic return to international cricket after a one-year ban due to ball-tampering scandal. The talented batsman, who made his Sheffield Shield return for New South Wales, confused the batters bowling leg-spin and off-spin in the same over.
The Peter Nevil-led New South Wales have begun their journey against Usman Khawaja’s Queensland. And NSW have made a great start bowling out Queensland for a mere 153 runs on the opening day of the match.
Harry Conway and Sean Abbott were the pick of the bowlers for NSW claiming five and three wickets respectively. Marnus Labuschagne resisted well with a half-century but lacked support from the other end with the best score of the team being 19.Steve Smith. (Credits: Twitter)
